These terms govern your use of SyncTradee ("the Service"). By creating an account you agree to them. Please read them with care.
1. What SyncTradee is
SyncTradee is an educational analytics tool. It measures how you trade — your process and discipline — from your own trade history. It is not a financial services provider, broker, or advisor.
2. Not financial advice
Nothing in the Service is financial, investment, or trading advice. We give no signals, no trade recommendations, and no performance promises. CFDs and forex are complex, high-risk products and you can lose more than you deposit. All trading decisions are yours alone. Where regulated advice is needed, consult an FSCA-authorised financial services provider.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
4. Read-only data
Where you connect a trading account, you do so with read-only credentials. SyncTradee can read your trade history; it can never place, modify, or close a trade on your behalf.
5. Plans, billing & rebates
The Free plan is supported by disclosed broker partnerships. The Pro plan is billed monthly in ZAR and may be cancelled at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. Rebates, where offered, depend on third-party brokers and their terms, and are not guaranteed.
6. Broker information
Broker ratings and comparisons are factual, point-in-time information aggregated from public sources and regulator records. They are not recommendations. Verify any broker's licensing yourself before depositing. Partner brokers are disclosed and never ranked higher for it.
7. Availability & changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update the Service or these terms; material changes will be communicated. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, SyncTradee is provided "as is" and we are not liable for any trading losses or for decisions you make using the Service.
